Upon completion of a contract Surrogacy Abroad, Inc. will provide the following services to Client (details subject to change)

SAMPLE PACKAGE FOR INTENDED PARENTS

• Psychological screening fees for Surrogate
• Criminal history inquiry fee for Surrogate
• Multiple Inseminations (3 procedures, with same surrogate or multiple surrogate mothers)
• All necessary medications for Surrogate(s)
• Donor compensation (if applicable)
• Surrogate compensation
• Surrogate Food and Boarding
• Invasive Procedures Compensation
• Monthly expense allowance {non-accountable}
• Maternity clothing allowance
• Child delivery charges (hospital, doctor, etc)
• Cesarean Section
• Post delivery charges
• Airline tickets from city of origin to Hyderabad, India (roundtrip)
• Airline tickets for the delivery and pickup of the baby
• Accommodation and meals for both trips ($50 limit per day).
• Sight seeing during both visits (complimentary)
• Car rental with Chauffer for clinic visits and local travel (complimentary)
• Immigration file
• Birth Certificate

   Please keep in mind that the package we offer is “all-inclusive”, per our contract you are not responsible for any extra or additional fees unless you specify services that you wish to add (e.g. sperm donor, additional procedures). Each individual package is unique and is negotiated on a case by case basis.  The payment schedule is as follows: First payment to be made upon signing of contract and is in the amount of 50% of the total cost, second payment is due upon confirmation of pregnancy and is in the amount of 25% of the total cost, third and final payment is due in full the week before delivery.
