SERVICES AND COSTS INCLUDE:

Locates candidates for egg donation or surrogacy, obtaining information on their medical, family medical, social, and educational history. Obtains a psychological evaluation on candidates regarding fitness for surrogacy or egg donation

• Provides verbal confirmation to intended parents and surrogate or egg donor of mutual desire and willingness of the other to move forward
• Psychological screening for Surrogate
• Criminal history inquiry for Surrogate
• Surrogate(s) mother medications and all necessary tests prior to Embryo transfer
• All necessary medications for Surrogate(s) mother after Embryo transfer
• Surrogate compensation
• Surrogate food and boarding
• Monthly expense allowance for Surrogate’s family
• Surrogate Mother’s counseling and special care and diet for 9 months
• Maternity clothing allowance
• Egg donor medical consultations, shots, scans, and all necessary medical procedures
• Egg Retrieval (medical clinic, doctors, surgeons, specialist, products, etc.)
• Egg donor (s) post operative care
• Sperm donor medical consultations, tests, medications
• Sperm washing and analysis for IVF
• ICSI (intra cytoplasmic sperm injection)
• Embryo tests and embryo processing
• Embryo freezing & storage
• IVF procedure (clinic, doctors, specialist, products and meds)
• Multiple Embryo transfers
• Surrogate post ET care
• Surrogate emergency medical, doctors, surgeons, and specialist
• Fetus abnormality tests or Triple test (as considered necessary by the physicians)
• Child delivery charges (doctors, surgeons, nurses, products and medications)
• Cesarean section
• Surrogate post delivery care (facility, doctors, surgeons, nurses, and medications etc.)
• Administration and Surrogate Mother’s monthly scans and reports
• Legal Contracts
• Birth certificate(s) and all birth related documents

• All hospital charges for services and procedures till child birth.

Please keep in mind that the package we offer is "all-inclusive", and as per our contract you are not responsible for any extra or additional fees unless you specify services that you wish to add [such as sperm (or) egg donors compensation, sperm (or) embryo shipping, PGD, any post birth expenses]. Each individual package is unique and is negotiated on a case by case basis. Cost for this package is roughly a third of the cost in the U.S., please contact us for more details.

Package payment mode is as follows:

• First payment to be made upon signing of agreement and is in the amount of 50% of the total cost,
• Second payment due upon 12th week of pregnancy and is in the amount of 25% of the total cost,
• Third and final payment due upon 30th week of pregnancy.
